Terms of Use

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Service. AstroEdda is a mobile app that provides astrological calculations and interpretations based on the birth data you enter. The content is for entertainment and self-discovery; it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and should not be relied on for decisions in these areas.
2. Account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account.
3. Accuracy. Calculations depend on the data you enter; an incorrect time or place of birth changes the results.
4. Subscription. The Premium subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play; the price, trial period and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules of the respective store.
5. Intellectual property. The texts, design and brand in the app belong to SOFTXWARE LIMITED. Share images may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Prohibited use. Reverse engineering the service, automated data scraping and creating profiles on behalf of others without permission are prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability. SOFTXWARE LIMITED cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the interpretations (to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law).
8. Changes and termination. These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the app. You can delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
