How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profil → Verilerim → Hesabımı sil (Profile → My data → Delete my account). Your account and all your data, including your birth data, charts and notification history, are permanently deleted. If you can't access the app, write to [email protected] from your registered email address; we will delete your account within 30 days.
How do I download my data?
Profil → Verilerim → Verilerimi indir (Profile → My data → Download my data). All your personal data is prepared as a machine-readable file (JSON).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AstroEdda. Cancelling doesn't turn off Premium until the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel the subscription first. If you reinstalled the app, use Satın alımları geri yükle (Restore purchases) in Profil to get Premium back.
I don't know my birth time
That's fine: AstroEdda calculates your chart for noon and doesn't show the time-dependent parts (rising sign, houses, life map lines). Once you find out your birth time, you can add it in Profil; it is often recorded on your birth certificate or in the hospital's records.
